Mother’s day is coming up. I don’t know about you, but for me, it’s not always easy to come up with new things to give and not just flowers or make her breakfast. Like many mums when my mum gets a spare moment when not working or cooking, she does like to read a bit of Burke’s Backyard magazine. Often, we go to our local Flower Power to have breakfast and take a look at the flowers, plants, furniture and outdoor decoration.
Coincidently, this year I found that this Mother’s Day, Magshop is giving away a trip to Tahiti & LA with a magazine subscription to any of their fabulous Mother’s Day titles ! LA means Hollywood, um do you hear me?! I so want to go! I could be bumping into celebs while having a casual lunch, or even perhaps be in the presence of a new movie or television show being filmed. So basically the plan is, if I win this trip I could be enjoying an amazing holiday with perfect views and shopping while my mum could enjoy her gardening magazines. It’s a win-win situation without a doubt.
